a few quite days

i am happy that i feel peace

but there is something running underneath

a therapist would say that i am projecting my fears of future failure

my mother would say i am a worry-wart

i am trying to take it one day at a time

i am going to try to enjoy the rest of this week

i am going to continue to take time for me

  • My great gramma Vetter used to call it "borrowing trouble from the future." It is one of my biggest character defects. While I am pretty unrepentant about what has already transpired (and formed me into the man that I am today), I have a problem with dragging the future into my present.

I try to take it one day at a time, too.

  • QG- taking time for yourself is the most important one on your list. If you don't do it, who will?

  • We all get in a little funk sometimes... sounds like you are handling it right.

Sometimes we all need some me time.

  • Taking some time to recharge is always good. :)

  • It's good to take time for yourself... But it's better to have your life so it doesn't have to be so deliberate. I'm not saying that's me, but I'm getting closer and closer...

  • Wanna know what it is?

When we are at peace we are not used to it! We feel that worrying is normal because we do it so much.

I say just keep doing what you are doing and take some "me" time

    :)
